Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar & Stone Town Welcome
Upon arrival at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, a warm welcome awaits. You’ll be transferred to your hotel in Stone Town. Spend the evening at leisure with the option of a relaxing rooftop dinner overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Day 2: Stone Town Cultural Tour & Prison Island Visit
After breakfast, set out on a guided cultural tour through the UNESCO-listed streets of Stone Town. Visit iconic sites such as the House of Wonders, Sultan’s Palace, the Old Fort, and the Slave Market Museum. In the afternoon, take a boat to Prison Island to see the giant Aldabra tortoises and enjoy snorkeling in the clear waters.
Day 3: Spice Farm Tour & Transfer to the Beach
Check out after breakfast and head to a lush spice plantation for a sensory tour of Zanzibar’s most famous export. Discover the origins of cloves, vanilla, nutmeg, and more. After lunch (optional), continue to your beach resort on the east or north coast.
Day 4: Relaxation & Optional Water Activities
This day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Soak up the sun, swim in the Indian Ocean, or indulge in a massage at the resort. For the adventurous, optional activities include snorkeling, dhow sailing, diving, or a local village tour.
Day 5: Morning Leisure & Departure
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and perhaps one last walk on the beach before checking out. You’ll be transferred back to the airport in time for your departure flight.
