itinerary plan

Day 1: Arrival in Dar es Salaam
You arrive in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania’s coastal capital, and check into a hotel. The day is yours to relax or briefly explore the city’s lively streets. Overnight in Dar es Salaam.
A short flight delivers you to Nyerere National Park. After landing, you head out on an afternoon boat safari along the Rufiji River, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and waterbirds in the golden light. You settle into a lodge or camp for the night.
Today, you immerse yourself in Nyerere with a full day of adventure. Morning game drives reveal elephants and rare wild dogs, while an afternoon walking safari brings you closer to the bush’s sights and sounds. You return to your lodge or camp as night falls.
Another quick flight takes you to Ruaha National Park, a vast expanse of baobabs and rolling hills. An afternoon game drive introduces you to its untamed beauty—lions and leopards stalk the land. You spend the night in a lodge or camp.
You dedicate the day to Ruaha’s wilderness. Morning and afternoon game drives showcase its diverse wildlife—sable antelopes, elephant herds, and prides of lions under baobab shade. The tranquility wraps around you as you return to your lodge or camp.
A morning flight brings you back to Dar es Salaam. The afternoon is free to unwind, perhaps picking up souvenirs or savoring a coastal meal. Overnight in Dar es Salaam.
After breakfast, you’re transferred to Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR) for your flight, the southern wilds a cherished memory.
